Whether you’re discerning a call to ministry or considering the possibility of attending seminary, there’s no better place in which to retreat from the world and begin to contemplate your call than Nashotah House. A three-day feast of worship, classroom experience, private reflection and candid discussion with our students, faculty and staff, Experience Nashotah is expressly designed for prospective students and their spouses.

Offered twice each year, in the Fall and the Spring, Experience Nashotah! is your opportunity to taste and see what life is like at Nashotah House, giving you and your spouse a real introduction to our community, its vibrant life and its living tradition.

• Worship twice daily in the history Chapel of St. Mary the Virgin
• Visit classes
• Meet our Dean, faculty and staff
• Spend time with our students
• Discuss personal discernment issues with our faculty in a small group setting
• Schedule an official Admissions interview*

Much of your time during Experience Nashotah! will be relaxed and unstructured, providing you ample opportunity to ask questions and discuss issues critical to your planning your seminary education. There will be plenty of time for you also to enjoy the beauty of our campus and the companionship of our faculty and students.

Your only cost of attending Experience Nashotah! is your own travel expenses. Nashotah House will provide you and your spouse three nights’ lodging and all meals, from breakfast on Thursday through breakfast on Saturday.

*If you intend to have an official admissions interview during your visit, you will need to have submitted your portion of the Admissions Application prior to your visit.
