The Office of the Registrar, under the authority of the Academic Dean, is responsible for all admissions and academic records, maintenance and security of student files, setting of times for registration and the recording of course grades. Nashotah House is committed to implementing all relevant aspects of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) and more information can be found in our Academic Catalog regarding our exact policies.
Our Mission: "To accurately record and preserve each student's milestones from application to degree conferral and beyond." In doing so, each student can rest assured that their presence and academic acheivements will be woven into the history of Nashotah House as a valued member of our community.

In addition, the Office of the Registrar is pleased to serve our military students as the Primary School Certifying Officer for students eligible for GI Bill benefits or Tuition Assistance. This office also coordinates with our international students through SEVIS to certify enrollment and provide proof of attendance.
