Single Housing

Single residential students can live in furnished suites on the second floor of Sabine Hall (“The Cloister”) or in furnished two-room units on the second floor of Kemper Hall (the classroom building). Students in the Cloister suites each have a private sitting room, study, and bedroom; they share bath and kitchen facilities. Single student apartments in Kemper Hall share a large common area, kitchen and common bathrooms at either end of the building. Laundry facilities are available in the basement of St. Luke House.

Apartment Housing

Apartment units include 24 townhouse units varying in size from one to three bedrooms and arranged in four buildings known as “The Peaks.” Each building has six residential units, each on three levels including living room, dining area, kitchen (equipped with appliances), individual basement, a bath and a half, and a hook-up for washer and dryer. Ten additional student apartments (one-, two- and three-bedroom) are located in “The Flats” which include Hallock Hall, Dean White Hall and St. George Hall.
