Registrar Forms
The Office of the Registrar, under the authority of the Academic Dean, is responsible for all admissions and academic records, maintenance and security of student files, setting of times for registration and the recording of course grades. Nashotah House is committed to implementing all relevant aspects of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) and more information can be found in our Academic Catalog regarding our exact policies.
The Office of the Registrar should be contacted regarding any of the following topics:
- Class Registration
- Student registration is conducted online through the Populi (Student Portal).
- Intent to Graduate
- Adding or Dropping a Class
- Withdrawing from a Class
- Reading Course Proposal Form
- Thesis/Project Registration Form
- Requests for Letters of Recommendation from the Faculty
- Official Transcript Request Form (Online form + Payment)
